Your Questions, Answered

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a practical and supportive process that focuses on helping you manage the challenges that can come with ADHD in everyday life.

Rather than focusing only on diagnosis, coaching looks at what is happening in your day to day experience and how things can be made more manageable.

There is no expectation to get things right in sessions. It is about creating a space where you can think things through and figure out what works for you.

How sessions work

I know that reaching out for coaching can feel like a big step.

That's why I offer a free introductory call, with no obligation to book further sessions. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what you're looking for, and decide whether coaching feels like the right fit.

I don't use sales tactics or pressure people into committing to coaching. I want clients to choose to work with me because they feel comfortable, understood, and confident that I can support them. If you're unsure, it's absolutely okay to take some time to think about it.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom, although face to face sessions can be arranged if preferred.

We begin by getting a sense of what is going on for you and what you would like to get out of coaching. From there, sessions are shaped around your needs and priorities.

There is no fixed structure. Some sessions may be more practical, others more reflective.

  • What we might work on

  • Managing attention and distractions

  • Breaking tasks down and getting started

  • Creating routines that feel realistic

  • Managing overwhelm and emotional responses

  • Understanding patterns and habits

  • Building self compassion and confidence

How much does Coaching cost?

Individual Coaching

Single session (60 minutes): £75

Six-session package: £400

A block of six sessions offers continuity and space to build on your progress over time.

Access to Work Coaching

If you have funding through Access to Work, sessions can be arranged within your allocated budget. Please get in touch to discuss your funding and how we can work together.

Concessions & Flexible Pricing

I believe coaching should be accessible to people from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances.

For some people, paying the full fee simply isn't possible. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces and am always happy to have a conversation about what might be manageable.

No proof or evidence is required. I trust people to make the decision that feels right for their situation.

Single sessions are always available, and there is no obligation to purchase a package.

Discounted session packages are offered to provide continuity and value for clients who know they would like ongoing support. If you choose a package and later decide not to use all of the sessions, any refund will be calculated based on the full individual session rate for sessions already attended, with the remaining balance refunded accordingly.

For example, if a six-session package has been purchased and three sessions have been used, those sessions will be charged at the standard individual session rate, with the remaining balance refunded.

If you have any questions about fees or payment options, please feel free to ask.

ADHD can affect many parts of day to day life, from focus and organisation to emotions, routines and confidence.

Coaching offers a space to slow things down, understand what is going on, and find practical ways to move forward.
