About Me
Hi, I’m Alex.
I am an ADHD coach, and I work with people who want to better understand how their brain works and find ways to navigate everyday life with more ease.
My approach is down to earth and collaborative. I am not interested in quick fixes or rigid systems that do not fit real life. Instead, I work alongside you to explore what is going on and to find strategies that feel manageable and sustainable.
A big part of the work, especially when a diagnosis is more recent, is taking time to understand how ADHD and autistic brains can work differently. From there, we can begin to look at practical ways to support attention, routines and emotional regulation.
I trained as an ADHD coach with ADHD Works and hold an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.
I am also late diagnosed autistic and ADHD myself, which means I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work. I understand how complex, emotional and validating the process of understanding yourself can be.
Above all, I want coaching to feel like a space where you can show up as you are, without judgement, pressure or the feeling that you need to “get it right”.
