ADHD coaching is a practical and supportive process that focuses on helping you manage the challenges that can come with ADHD in everyday life.
Rather than focusing only on diagnosis, coaching looks at what is happening in your day to day experience and how things can be made more manageable.
There is no expectation to get things right in sessions. It is about creating a space where you can think things through and figure out what works for you.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom, although face to face sessions can be arranged if preferred.
We begin by getting a sense of what is going on for you and what you would like to get out of coaching. From there, sessions are shaped around your needs and priorities.
There is no fixed structure. Some sessions may be more practical, others more reflective.

My training and experience so far has been with adults. That said, I am open to working with young people where it feels appropriate, and I am happy to work alongside parents or school staff if that is helpful.
